Shoot in Jeremy Cowart’s personal studio at The Factory in Franklin, TN. Features a state-of-the-art 10x11 ft LED wall (1.5 pixel pitch) —perfect for so many things (see the list below). Includes a private changing room, blackout curtains, and on-site assistant to run tech. Optional gear rental: Profoto strobes, Canon R5 Mark II, modifiers, and more. Walkable to Franklin’s best food and coffee. A boutique creative space built for visual magic.

Ever wanted a 10x11 Foot monitor? Now’s your chance. It’s a literal blank canvas to build whatever world you need. Use AI to create your own backdrops or throw your own branding on there. It’s all you for whatever you need.
Dream Location
Other studios are in the middle of nowhere or difficult to get to. The Portrait Lab is literally in the middle of The Factory, surrounded by the best coffee, tacos, hot chicken, acai bowls in the south (plus 10 other restaurants). Not to mention the best thrift store and vinyl shop in town too.

Size Specs
The total space is 900sq ft.
The LED wall is 10 feet wide by 11 feet high
The main shooting room is 16 feet wide by about 20 feet deep with 11 foot high ceilings.
Total Capacity:
It’s a very small space so a total of 12-15 people is probably our absolute max
Availability:
Available 7 days a week in 4 or 8 hour blocks.
Overtime is $175 an hour

What’s included: LED wall + space + assistant on-site to help manage screen setup, lights, logistics, etc.
Half day (4 hrs): $550
Full day (8 hrs): $1000

(Studio + LED Wall + Profoto Lighting Setup)
What’s included:
Everything above + use of our one-of-a-kind Profoto strobe lighting setup (for photoshoots only - lights do NOT work for any video needs)
Half day (4 hrs): $750
Full day (8 hrs): $1200
Overtime ($175 an hour)
Full Turnkey
(Studio + LED Wall + Profoto Lighting Setup + Camera & Computer)
What’s included:
Everything above + use of our one-of-a-kind Profoto strobe lighting setup (for photoshoots only - lights do NOT work for any video needs). + use of our Canon cameras and lenses + Macbook Pro, tether cables, etc. All you need to is bring an external hard drive to copy your work to.
Half day (4 hrs): $950
Full day (8 hrs): $1600
Overtime ($175 an hour)
Rules:
• DO NOT TOUCH THE LED WALL under any circumstance
• You break it, you buy it. Renters are financially responsible for damages.
• Load-in/load-out must occur during your rental window.
• No alcohol, smoking or vaping inside the studio.
• No glitter, confetti, powder, paint, or fog machines without prior approval.
• Outside gear must be approved before use to avoid damage or interference.
• No unsupervised children or pets (unless part of the shoot).
• No food or drinks near electronic gear or LED wall.
• All gear must be returned in original condition.
• Overtime is charged at $100/hr. Please plan accordingly.
• Please leave the space as you found it. Trash must be disposed of in bins.
• No sub-renting or transferring of bookings.
• Be kind to our assistant—they’re here to help you shine.
• Overtime is $175 an hour
